The department of Organization and Strategy (O&S) has an international reputation for excellent teaching and research. Our faculty members are specialists in the fields of organizational behavior, organizational theory, industrial organization, entre-preneurship, international business and strategic management. We consistently apply small group teaching and our insights gained from research guarantee a high level of standard in business education. Our department is responsible for a range of courses in International Business and Economics at the Bachelor, Masters, MBA and PhD level. Several of our members have received the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration yearly educational award. Our faculty publishes regularly in top-rated journals.
