Kristin Kronenberg studied International Business at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Maastricht University. After having graduated with  a MSc in Strategy, she started as a PhD candidate at the Department of Organization and Strategy in September 2007. In her Master's thesis, she analyzed the effect of interfirm cooperation within an industrial cluster on the innovative performance of the collaborating organizations. Kristin also holds a MA in 'European Studies on Society, Science and Technology' (ESST) from Maastricht University, and received her BA in Recording Arts from Middlesex University, London. In her dissertation, she is investigating the effect of employee mobility and human capital transfer on firm performance. Besides tracing workers all over the Netherlands, she enjoys reading, cooking (and eating) spicy Asian food, and working as a live sound engineer.
