Boris Lokshin received PhD (2005) in economics from University of Maastricht and MA in Economics from University of Indiana, Bloomington, USA. He did his undergraduate studies (receiving BA cum laude) at Kharkiv National University, Ukraine and St. Norbert College, Wisconsin, USA. His research interests include economics of innovation, firm productivity and economics of transition. He is born in Kharkiv, Ukraine (1975).
