Hannes Guenter joined Maastricht University in July 2008 as assistant professor in the Department of Organization and Strategy. Hannes Guenter studied Psychology with focus on Work and Organizational Psychology at University of Freiburg (Germany), University of Melbourne (Australia), and Dresden University of Technology (Germany), and obtained a Ph.D. in Work Psychology from ETH Zurich (Switzerland). His research interests include team processes (e.g., team planning), team dynamics, and time in organizations.

Position: Assistant professor

Specialization: Organizational Behavior, Team Dynamics.

PhD: ETH Zurich (Switzerland), 2007, Collaborative planning in heterarchic supply networks. Supervisors: Prof. Dr. Gudela Grote, Prof. Dr. Paul Schoensleben.
