Anita Van Gils is Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Department of Organization and Strategy at  Maastricht University. She holds a PhD from the Economic Faculty of the University of Groningen. Her research and teaching deal with SME and family business management, strategy, governance and innovation. She is the coordinator of the Master IB track in Entrepreneurship and SME mamagement
