Maarten studied International Business at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Maastricht University and he received his Master’s Degree in 2003. After graduation he started studying Social Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Radboud University in Nijmegen and obtained his Bachelor Diploma in 2006. During his studies and his part-time function as junior lecturer at the Department of Organization & Strategy his enthusiasm for research on team functioning grew gradually. As from January 2007 he is working as a PhD candidate in the Department of Organization & Strategy.
