Biography

Jacqueline van Beuningen (1981) is a postdoctoral researcher and holds an MSc in Communication Studies and PhD in marketing. Her dissertation is titled: "Earning-by-Learning: Investigating the Performance Benefits of Customer Knowledge Development". She was a visiting scholar at Duke University in spring 2008, and collaborates with Prof. Christine Moorman. Jacqueline is the winner of the 2007 Sheth European doctoral award competition, and is 2nd place winner in the 2008 dissertation competition organized by the AMA/ Relationship Marketing SIG and CBIM Georgia State University. She has also received an honorable mention in the 2007 ISBM Dissertation Support Award Competition at Penn State University.
