  • The city of Maastricht is a very attractive location drawing plenty of tourists around the year, particularly during summer so that it is difficult to obtain a room on short notice. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to reserve accommodation as soon as possible.
     

  • Accommodation can be arranged via "Maastricht Booking Service", a company that cooperates with Maastricht University. For the Symposium it provides accommodation at very competitive rates in the vicinity of the venue.   • Optional reservations for M-BEES participants were made at the following hotels: Hotel Derlon (single: 105 / double: 130), Hotel Botticelli (130/148), Hotel Au Quartier Petit Bonheur (102.50/120), Hotel Bastion (102.50/129.50), and Hotel Les Charmes (119/142). All rates include breakfast but exclude city tax.
     

  • If you prefer to book your room off-line, please fill in the reservation form and fax it to +31-(0)43 38 38 309. Upon receipt your reservation is made and the confirmation is sent to you immediately.
