From Just in case to just for you!

This Leading in Learning project, funded by the university focuses on the development of reflective professionals at the SBE faculty. Moreover, this projects aims at the development of an e-portfolio to stimulate student’s reflection on their study program and future career in order to:

• Motivate students to chose for certain courses, assignments, thesis topic, internship, exchange program, … by personalizing their course program
• Prepare students for the labour market by giving them insights into their job profile and competencies.
• Influence the success rate of our study programs positively
• Competence registration, competence thinking and program development.

During the year the student discusses his/her e-portfolio with a coach, who supports the student and stimulates his/her reflection.
